The Reclassification Committee works to make sure members are properly classified for the work they actually do. It reviews reclassification issues, flags inequities, and helps members navigate the reclassification process.

The Government Relations Committee works to advance policies that support our members and protect our work. It monitors legislation, engages with elected officials, and helps organize member advocacy.

The Safety Action Committee works to protect members on the job by enforcing safety provisions in the contract. It also develops systems and strategies to improve working conditions and address safety concerns.

The Bargaining Committee represents members in negotiating contracts, including successor and expedited bargaining. It gathers member input, develops proposals, and works to secure strong contract outcomes.
